Ham and Cheese Bun





Cut the dough 3/4 way.
Open bread and flatten.

Let it proof till double about 1 hour then egg glaze.
Top with cheese, spring onion and mayonnaise.


Ingredient:

Dough:
1 egg
260 gm milk        
500 gm  bread flour
40 gm castor sugar
1 tsp  salt
2 tsp  instant yeast
20 gm  olive oil

Topping:
Egg glaze
Ham
Grated cheddar cheese
Spring onion - diced
Mayonnaise


Method:
  •  Knead dough in a bread machine.  Remove to scale 60 gm dough.
  • Flatten dough to wrap a slice of ham.
  • Cut into 2  without cutting through as show in pictures
  • Let proof till double. Glaze with egg, top with cheese, mayonnaise, and spring onion.
  • Bake in preheated oven of 180 C for 15-2 minutes.
