Cheese Sticks


Dough:-
1 egg + milk = 180 gm 
280 gm bread flour
70 gm  plain flour
1 ½  tsp. Instant yeast
15 gm milk powder
3 gm salt
60 gm castor sugar
30 gm butter

Cheese topping:-

Grated cheddar cheese
Brown sugar

Method:-
  1. Knead dough in bread machine.  Remove  and divide dough into  portion.
  2. Roll out into long strips.  Place them in a greased baking tray and proof till double .
  3. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with some grated cheddar cheese and sugar.
  4. Bake at 180 C for 13 minutes or till golden brown.
