Cinnamon Buns


Cut into 9 pieces.
Proof till double in size.
Cinnamon bun with walnuts and chocolate chips.


Dough:-

1 egg
120 +/- gm  milk  
280 gm bread flour
70 gm plain flour
1 teasp instant yeast
1/2 teasp salt
60 gm sugar
40 gm butter

Filling:-

Butter
Cinnamon powder
Brown sugar
Walnuts – toasted n roughly chopped
Raisins or chocolate chips

Method
1.  Knead dough in bread machine using 'Dough' mode. Remove from bread machine.
2.  Roll out into a rectangular shape, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon powder, sugar and walnuts.
3.  Roll up as in swiss roll , seal tight and cut into 9 pieces.  Place them in a square or round tin.
4.  Proof till double, glaze with egg.
5.  Bake at 180 C for 15 - 18 mins.
