Hokkaido Milk Loaf

Knead dough in the bread machine.
Form into 2 loaves and let proof till double.

Ingredients:
1 egg                                    
150 gm whipping cream      
180 - 190 gm Milk  or water                      

500 gm bread flour
100 gm plain flour
1 ½ tsp.  Salt
80 gm sugar or less
3 tsp.  Instant yeast

Method 
  1. Put all ingredients into bread machine. Set on dough mode.  
  2. Remove and form two loaves.  Fill into container and proof till double in size.  
  3. Bake 180 for 25 mins.  Make 1 large loaf and 1 small loaf.
