Kiwi Fruit Enzyme

Seal tightly after all fruits are filled into the bottle.
 Kiwi Fruit during fermentation.
After 3rd week of fermentation, separate the fruit from the liquid.
Kiwi Fruit Enzyme
 
Ingredients:

10  Kiwi Fruit
1    Lemon – skinned and deseeded
350 gm   Brown sugar

Method:
1.  Rinse kiwi fruit and lemon.  Allow them to be air-dried.
2.  Peel kiwi fruit.  Cut kiwi fruit and lemon into thin slices.
3.  Place a layer of kiwi fruit slices and lemon slices into a glass bottle, followed by a layer of brown      sugar.  Repeat this step until all ingredients are used up.  Cover top layer with brown sugar.
4.  Screw tight and store the bottle in shady and cool place for fermentation.
5.  Shake the bottle on the 3rd day so that the fruits could be evenly fermented.
6.  Shake daily to ensure all the fruits are immerse in the liquid.  Ferment for 3 weeks.
7.  Separate the fruit from liquid and transfer the enzyme into clean, dry glass bottle.
8.  Keep in the refrigerator to preserve it better. 
9.  To take before meal, mix 2 tablespoon of  fruit enzyme with cool water.

Notes:

Kiwi  fruits has antioxidant and anti-aging properties.  It prevents cold and flu and improves insomnia.

- Cleanses the body: Expels toxins in the body, enhances the cells, accelerates digestion and strengthens the immune system. 
-  Detoxification:  Promotes digestion.
-  Helps to increase metabolism.
