Granola Bar


Mix all the ingredients together.
Chill till slightly hard then cut before baking.

Ingredients: 

 (A)
80 gm  butter
60  gm   brown sugar
70  gm    honey

(B)
1 1/2  cups  rice bubble
1 3/4  cups  rolled oats
1/2  cup  dried fruits ( any kind of dried cranberries, raisins, apricot - chopped )
3/4  cup  sunflower & pumpkin seeds
1/2  cup  flour

Method:
  1. Melt (A) till dissolved , pour over (B) .  Mix well, and press onto baking tray. 
  2. Chill in fridge to harden then precut into sizes. 
  3. Bake 160 C for  20 minutes.  Cool then cut and store in air tight container.
  4. For more crispiness bake a little bit longer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. 1 - 2 tabspoon of grinded flaxseed can be added.

  1. I made this twice & it was so yummy but my muesli is darker in colour - could it be my brown sugar?
