Ingredients:
250 gm creamy peanut butter
700 -750 ml water
Brown sugar to taste
1/2 tablespoon rice flour dissolved in 2 tablespoon of water
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a sauce pan except the rice flour, using a balloon whisk to blend till smooth.
- Cook over low fire, stirring continually to get a smooth mixture.
- Slowly drizzle in the rice flour solution until mixture thickens, do not use all the solution.
