Ingredient:
(A)
250 gm cream cheese
30 gm butter
160 gm castor sugar
(B)
2 eggs
1 teasp lemon zest
(C)
170 gm flour
3/4 teasp baking powder
1/4 teasp salt
(D)
1 cup blueberry - fresh or frozen
Method:
- Cream (A) till light and fluffy. Add the (B) one at a time.
- Fold in (C) and (D).
- Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 180 C for 50 minutes or till done.
