Dough:
1 egg
260 gm milk
500 gm bread flour
40 gm castor sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
20 gm olive oil
Topping:
Egg glaze
Sausages
Grated cheddar cheese
Spring onion - diced
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
Method:
1. Knead dough in a bread machine. Remove to scale 60 gm dough. Flatten dough to wrap a sausage.
2. Cut into10 pieces without cutting through and turn each sausage alternately.
3. Let proof till double. Glaze with egg, top with cheese, mayonnaise, tomato sauce and spring onion.
4. Bake in preheated oven of 180 C for 15-2 minutes.
