1/2 piece fermented beancurd (nam yue)
Garlic
Ginger
Cooking wine
Sugar
Potatoe starch
- Marinate pork in (A) for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before deep frying mix in the potatoe starch.
- Deep fried till golden brown.
