Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies |

180 gm butter – melted
160 gm castor sugar

1 teasp. vanilla essence

30 gm cocoa powder
1 teasp. vanilla essence

150 gm plain flour
¼ tsp. Salt
285 gm cream cheese
60 gm castor sugar
1 egg
Method
11. Whisk (A) in a mixing bowl add (B) then (C) mix well till smooth.

Pour into 8 ins. square tin, remaining 3 tablespoon of the batter for marble effect
finishing.

Cream (D) till smooth. Pour over on to brownie
mixture.
4.
Spoon dollops of
the brownie mixture over the cream cheese.
5.
Use a skewer to swirl to form marble effect.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for 40 – 50 minutes.
7.
Refrigerate to set before cutting.
